We ship Monday through Friday. Items bought on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. All questions and inquiries will be answer by email from 10 am - 5 pm PST Monday - Friday.

Flat rate and Free shipping (when offered) applies to addresses in the contiguous U. S. Shipping to AK, HA and PR may require additional shipping expense.

We understand that exchanging and returning products is often a frustrating experience, but at Roots Garden we strives to make the process simple and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to exchange or refund your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
In order to process the exchange or return, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
If there is a problem with the products, you have 2 days to email us for a RMA to get a full or partial refund. Shipping postage will be the responsibility of the buyer, not seller.
Return items must be sent back via the same way the package was mailed to you with delivery confirmation. Items must be returned back to us, in our hands, within 7 days of RMA issuing date. You will need to email us the tracking number upon sending the return item.
